这是自10月安世半导体风波公开以来，马尔命年杨沐首次接受国际媒体专访，她2019年加入闻泰科技，今年7月出任董事长。她指出，难登马荷兰政府的相关行为飞越长生，包括支持针对闻泰科技的诉讼，已违反中国与荷兰2001年签署的投资保护协定。

荷兰经济事务部发言人拒绝置评，忘新晚称案件已移交企业法庭，政府此前的相关命令也已暂停。报道指出，春本尽管上月中荷在政府层面缓和了局势，但企业层面的冲突仍在持续。年春安世（荷兰飞越长生）据报计划扩建马来西亚工厂的封测能力。

这实际上将该公司撕裂为两个平行体系，中国一方是由荷兰法院指定管理层控制的欧洲业务，另一方是与闻泰立场一致、位于中国的业务实体。12月22日，马尔命年中国商务部新闻发言人就安世半导体问题答记者问。

不过，难登马信件并未明确披露已锁定的晶圆供应具体数量。

安世半导体的生产模式是将晶圆从欧洲运往亚洲进行后段封测，忘新晚其最大生产基地位于中国，而目前该基地并未与安世（荷兰）合作。尽管双方的海警船均在该岛海域巡航，春本但两国军方一直保持着某种默契，即都不派遣海军舰艇进入争议海域。

年春日本有义务在战争爆发时提供后勤支援和基地。中国【翻页查看英文原文】PuttingasidetheongoingwarofwordsbetweenBeijingandTokyosurroundingJapanesePrimeMinisterSanaeTakaichisstatementsonTaiwanlastmonth,thereisasimplequestionthatneedsanswering.CanJapansSelf-DefenceForcesreallyaffordtofightthePeoplesLiberationArmy(PLA)withoutAmericanmilitarysupport?TakaichisanswerappearstobethatJapansmilitarymustdoso.ThelegislationapprovedbyJapansDietinSeptember2015allowedthecountrytoexerciseitsrightofcollectiveself-defence–albeitonlytoalimiteddegree–evenifJapanisnotdirectlyattacked.Therearethreeconditionsonactingonthisright:ifanattackagainstaforeigncountrywithwhichJapanhascloserelationsthreatensJapanssurvival;ifthereisnootherappropriatemeanstorepeltheattackandensureJapanssurvivalandprotectitspeople;andthattheuseofforcemustbelimitedtotheminimumextentnecessary.Taiwanisnotaforeigncountry,ofcourse.EvenifaconflictdidbreakoutacrosstheTaiwanStraitandafewstraybombsaccidentallyfellintothewatersoffYonaguni,Japanswesternmostinhabitedisland,howcouldthatbeinterpretedasathreattoJapanssurvival?ThesameyearthatJapanpasseditsself-defencelegislation,afewartilleryshellsfromMyanmargovernmentforceslandedinavillageinYunnanprovince,injuringfivevillagers.TheissuewasresolvedquietlybecausetheChinesegovernmentsawitasanaccident.TheonlyterritorialdisputebetweenBeijingandTokyoisovertheDiaoyuIslands,whichJapancallstheSenkakus.Althoughbothhavecoastguardshipssailinginthewatersofftheislands,thetwomilitarieshavemaintainedakindoftacitagreementofnotsendingtheirnavalvesselsintothedisputedwaters.IftheprospectofChinaandJapancomingtoblowsoverdisputedterritoryissounlikely,itwouldberidiculousforthemtostartfightingoverTaiwan.Eveniftheydid,thereisnowayJapancouldwininanyscenario.Plus,ifBeijingsawTokyosmilitaryinvolvementoverTaiwanasagiven,whywouldntthePLAlaunchapre-emptivestrikeonJapaneseforces?TakaichiisinvitingtheveryconflictshesaysshewantstopreventbyraisingthepossibilityofJapaneseintervention.TherearethreelayersofstrategicambiguityaroundtheTaiwanissue,stemmingfromChina,theUnitedStatesandWashingtonsAsianallies.Beijingseespeacefulreunificationasthebestoutcomeandbelievestimeisonitsside.ThiscanbeseeninBeijingstillmentioningpeaceacrossthestraitdespitetheDemocraticProgressivePartyholdingtheTaiwanpresidencyfortwoconsecutiveadministrations.USstrategicambiguitiesaretwofold.Thefirstisitsone-Chinapolicy,whichisslipperyenoughthatitseemsitcantakeanyshapeatanytime.TheotherisitscontinuedrefusaltospecifywhetheritwouldassistTaiwanmilitarilyintheeventofanattackbythePLA.ThisapproachismeanttodeterTaiwanfromdeclaringindependence,whilekeepingopenthepossibilityofUSmilitaryinterventionismeanttodissuadeBeijingfromlaunchinganattackandreunifyingthroughforce.ThentherearetheUSalliesinAsia.Japanisobligedtoprovidelogisticalsupportandbasesintheeventofawar.However,whenPentagonofficialspressedJapanandAustraliainJulytoclarifywhatroletheywouldplayifChinaandtheUSwenttowaroverTaiwan,neithertargetwouldcommittoahypotheticalmilitaryconflictinadvanceandsaidthatanydecisionwouldhavetobemadebythegovernmentoftheday.ThisrefusaltostakeoutaclearpositionisunderstandableasthereislittlereasonforalliestocommitthemselveswhentheUSitselfmaintainsitsstrategicambiguity.Theselayersofstrategicambiguityfrommultiplepartiescreateachainreaction.AslongasBeijingbelievespeacefulreunificationisstillpossible,itisunlikelytoresorttomilitaryforceagainstTaiwan.Shortofthat,thereisnoneedfortheUStogiveupitsstrategicambiguity.AndaslongastheUSmaintainsthatstrategicambiguity,thereislittlepointinJapanraisingTaiwanasanissue.DuringaninterviewwithJapanesetelevisioninFebruary2022,then-JapaneseprimeministerShinzoAbecalledontheUStodropitsstrategicambiguityregardingthedefenceofTaiwan.Abereiteratedhisoft-repeatednotionthataTaiwancontingencyisaJapancontingencyandthattheestablishmentofmainlandChineseairandseasuperiorityaroundTaiwanwouldaffectJapansterritorialwaters.Thisisthetailwaggingthedog.Infact,astheimportanceofTaiwanrecedesunderamoreisolationistUSpresidency,Washingtonmightmoveintheoppositedirectiontowardsgreaterstrategicclarity.USPresidentDonaldTrumpsdesiretoreachagrandbargainwithChinaontradeissuesisastrongincentivenottosupportantagonisingthemainlandandbeingdraggedintoawaroverTaiwan.AccordingtoareportinTheWallStreetJournallastweek,TrumptoldTakaichiduringaphonecalltotemperhertoneonTaiwan.ThatcalltookplacehoursafterTrumpspoketoPresidentXiJinping.Unsurprisingly,Japanesegovernmentofficialsdeniedtheclaimsmadeinthereport.TakaichisstatementonTaiwanwasapoliticalact,aimedatshoringupherstandingwithadomesticaudience.Itwillnotgodowninhistoryasausefullegacy.Inacountrywhereprimeministersoftenlastlessthanayearinoffice,herremarksaremerelyripplesthatwillsoondisappear.点击进入专题：高市早苗涉台错误言论遭批。

马尔命年中日之间唯一的领土争端在于钓鱼岛。这种做法既是为了以此威慑台湾不要宣布独立，难登马也是通过保留美军介入的可能性来劝阻中国不要武力统一。
